Casa del Mar provides either team building games to help your team achieve a strong and organized team or a day of fun as a reward for your teams to unwind. In any event your team members will have a good introduction into scuba diving.
The aim of the day is to provide a unique environment for continuous development of a team whose goal is to be the stronger.
How Scuba Diving helps to build a strong team
A team is a group of people with a common goal, in recreational scuba diving terms a safe enjoyable dive is the prominent common goal.
Achieving this goal requires two teams, people who organize a safe dive and a smaller team the buddy.
Many believe the smaller the team the stronger the team, the buddy is a team of two divers whose prime goal is to help each other in every stage of a dive of which will be revealed in the events of the day.

Summary of the day's activity -
Introduction
After the normal introductions and getting to know each other the trainer and the team will present to you the day’s events.
In the first part of the day we will be the introduction into scuba diving; this will consist of some theory and pool training.
Overview of the basic equipment used during the day’s events and the process of gearing up. This is when the buddy team system starts.
Briefing of the task ahead first dive of the day. Getting familiar with the equipment.
Gearing up, each candidate will be instructed and help with gearing up and checked by a qualified diver.
We will assign a different underwater task to every group of four candidates. Underwater navigation and search objects underwater.
Companies can change the day or day’s event to suit their requirements we will work with the company on any aspect of the fun day and/or team building event.
Casa del Mar offers all scuba diving events from a try dive, team building to a full diving course/qualification.
There is an Instructor per every 4 candidates.
Insurance
Casa del Mar have $2 million Public Liability Insurance.
A trained First Aid member of Casa del Mar Personnel will be in attendance throughout the event.
The following items are included within the above -
Paintball by its very nature is one of the best team building activities, as it incorporates many different training and initiative elements. We have organized many events for many different types of companies, where anybody can participate.
Paintball games can last from one hour’s intense attack and defend scenarios, to a full day’s event with many different games and training opportunities.
Capture the Flag is probably one of the most well known paintball scenarios. Both teams have a flag in their base camps. It is your job to paintball your way into the enemy base camp, take their flag and return to your base camp to score points.
You must also concern yourself with how you are going to defend your own flag. Your team will need to strategically position itself into defenders and attackers so you can effectively capture the enemy flag while keeping your own flag safe.
We have also performed night time paintball activities . The teams on this event are briefed on team tactics and told they cannot speak during movements between pre-set battle locations. Upon reaching and finding the enemy your team must devise an attack strategy to include the element of surprise using only hand signals.
Once the battle commences the area is lit using flares and land markers. This is the ultimate challenge in teamwork.
The darker the better, no sleep till dawn!!
All safety equipment is provided, including goggles, snoods, overalls and mask. We have the latest technology with pump action gas powered 120 shot paintball guns.
